<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system capable of securing a shading angle of a light source with a member for controlling the distribution of light emitted by an LED and reducing glare, as well as reducing cost. <P>SOLUTION: A downlight 1 includes a light source 11, a device main body 5, and a reflector 21. The light source 11 has a plurality of LEDs 13. This light source is mounted on the device main body 5 with the LEDs directed downward. The reflector 21 is arranged beneath the light source 11 and mounted on the device main body 5. The reflector 21 has a plurality of reflective parts 23 adjoining each other. The reflective parts 23 are formed in a convex shape gradually thinning down as going upward, and has an opening hole 24 each with the LED 13 installed on its top and its bottom end opened wider than the hole 24. The reflector 21 has downward bumps 25 for obtaining a shielding angle θ1 of the light source 11 allocated at a lower side than the hole 24 between the adjoining reflective parts 23, and makes the hole 24 with each LED 13 arranged at an obliquely upward interior position from the bump 25 located between the adjoining bumps 25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
