<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for fixing an image sensor to a beamsplitter. <P>SOLUTION: An exemplary method (400) includes placing (404) a first fixing agent (202) comprising an ultraviolet (UV) adhesive between an image sensor (106, 108, 110) and a beamsplitter (104) and positioning (406) the image sensor (106, 108, 110) relative to the beamsplitter (104). The position of the image sensor (106, 108, 110) is initially fixed, relative to the beamsplitter (104) by the first fixing agent (202).
