NONCROSSLINKED TYPE LAYERED PHOSPHONIC ACID METAL COMPOUND AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new noncrosslinked type layered phosphonic acid metal compound which has high crystallizability and a uniformly introduced multi-component phosphonic acid and does not contain a fluorine atom and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a noncrosslinked type layered phosphonic acid metal compound comprises a reaction step of reacting at least two types of monophosphonic acids or derivatives thereof having predetermined conditions with a metal source forming a 6 coordination metal atom ion which comes to the central atom (M) of a metal oxide octahedron at the time of reaction in the presence of a sulfuric acid catalyst.
