<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize and lighten a locking device and to prevent unauthorized bicycle parking. <P>SOLUTION: This locking device 25 is constituted by axially supporting a movable frame body 10 having a bicycle placing part 11 to put a wheel Y of a bicycle X on its upper surface free to pivotally move in a storage groove part 3 formed in a cross-section recessed type in the central longitudinal direction of a bicycle parking base frame 2, mounting a spring mechanism 15 on one side of a lower surface of the movable frame body, connecting a roughly central lower surface and a lower end of a movable arm 36 to hold the wheel of the bicycle to each other free to pivotally move and mounting a pair of arm supporting plates 30 to axially support the movable arm 36 free to pivotally move and a locking means 50 to lock and unlock the movable arm 36 on the arm supporting plates in the arm storage frame mounted on both outside surfaces in roughly the center of the storage groove part 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
