摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte capacitor which exhibits no outstanding degradation of electric performance and withstands laser welding. <P>SOLUTION: The capacitor comprises an anode body, a dielectric layer on the anode body, and a solid organic electrolyte layer on the dielectric layer. The capacitor further utilizes a light reflection layer on the solid organic electrolyte layer. The present inventors have found that such a light reflection layer can help reflect all light accidentally moving toward a capacitor element during laser welding. This reduces the contact of the solid organic electrolyte with the laser, therefore minimizing defects in the electrolyte, which would be otherwise formed by carbonization. Consequently, the laser-welded capacitor obtained has performance characteristics such as relatively low ESR and low leakage current. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
