PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular powertrain arrangement structure carrying out effective heat dissipation in an engine room. SOLUTION: In the power train arrangement structure of a vehicle 1, a dash panel 6 separates a vehicle interior 2 from the engine room 4, and a powertrain for driving wheels is arranged in the engine room 4. The dash panel 6 is provided with a concave part 8 recessed toward the vehicle interior. The structure comprises: the powertrain arranged in the concave part 8; a heat exchanger 48 arranged in front of the powertrain; a catalyst 46 arranged above the heat exchanger 48; a front grille 28 for cooling the catalyst 46 by using air taken from outside of the engine room 4; and a fan 54.
