PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate which can reliably print a high-precision pattern and can be easily prepared. SOLUTION: The plate 100 includes: parts of adsorption layers 110 selectively adsorbed on a substrate layer 120; and parts 131 where the substrate layer is exposed, on the substrate layer, wherein the parts of adsorption layers selectively adsorbed on the substrate layer are ink-repellent parts and the parts where the substrate layer is exposed are ink-philic parts.
