PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a cleanness of the periphery of an ink ejection hole while securing a desired solvent resistance in an inkjet head. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the inkjet head 1 has the process of sticking a masking tape 76 for shutting the ink ejection hole 3a to an orifice plate 3 surface on an inkjet head manifold 2 which has grooves 71 on an ink ejection face 75, the process of forming a protecting film 72 which covers from outside of each piezoelectric element 6 an adhesive layer 74 between an FPC 5 and the piezoelectric element 6 together with the masking tape 76 of the orifice plate 3 surface and the grooves 71, and the process of releasing the masking tape 76 while cutting the protecting film 72 within the grooves 71 on the ink ejection face 75.
