PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to promptly and easily store and assemble a ball protective device having a ball protective net to be stretched between the right and the left support poles and support poles which can be divided halfway in the longitudinal direction since each support pole is long. SOLUTION: The ball protective device 1 is equipped with the pair of right and left support poles 3, 3 placed upright on the ground 2 and a ball protective net 4 which is connected with support poles 3, 3 and can be stretched between both support poles 3, 3. Each support pole 3 is divided halfway in the longitudinal direction, each split portions respectively being formed into a plurality of split support poles 9, 9. Each ends 9a, 9b of split support poles 9, 9 is connected detachably each other. Flexible cylindrical bodies 5 are arranged being mounted on each right and left side end parts 4a, 4a of the ball protective net 4 respectively extending longitudinally. The support pole 3 can be inserted into the inner hole of each of the cylindrical bodies 5. By this insertion, each support pole 3 is connected with the ball protective net 4.
