The present invention refers on the one hand to a system for filtering polluting emissions resulting from combustion processes at the moment of being emitted, using any type of SFDEC (System of Diverse Filters for Polluting Emissions) filters. On the other hand, the invention refers to Catalytic Hydro-filters for Polluting Emissions (HFCEC) (1/5) made of plastic, metal or any other material, and based on water or any other liquid components in order to wash and purify by catalysis the polluting emissions resulting from combustion processes, the filters retaining fine particles like a cleaning vacuum but without a turbine and engine, since the required force is provided by the gas expulsion. A turbine is only used in case the outlet force requires to be strengthened and a higher effectiveness obtained. Regarding engines, the invention additionally provides a System for the Endless Recycling of Polluting Emissions (Sistema de Reciclado Sinfín de Emisiones Contaminantes SRSEC) (5/5) resu lting from the gases already purified in the combustion of the same engine that emitted said polluting emissions. Regarding automotive vehicles, public load or passenger vehicles or private vehicles, the aforementioned systems may be assembled by default thereto and to those vehicles currently in operation. Regarding industries and housing, a turbine is used for strengthening the outlet of pollutants with which a turbulence is provoked for carrying out the catalysis.
