<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell which has a through-hole electrode and the manufacturing yield improved. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell 1 has a through-hole 40, which passes through a photoelectric conversion section 10 from the light-receiving surface to the back surface of the photoelectric conversion section 10, wherein one end portion of the through-hole 40 on the back surface side branches off into a plurality of back-surface side branch portions 40b and the back-surface side branch portions 40b are open on the back surface of the photoelectric conversion section 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
