<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a sealing performance while making installation work to a panel easy in a floor cover closing an opening part for inserting a wire harness to a floor part panel of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The floor cover 11 is formed by hard resin, and a section corresponding to the circumference of the panel opening part is provided with a water-proof packing 29 molded by elastomer. The floor cover 11 comprises a grommet opening 28 for letting a grommet of the wire harness pass at a section corresponding to at least one position in the circumference of the opening part.
