<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage whether to permit an operation on a static structure affecting the classification result after classifying the files stored in the static structure into classification structure. <P>SOLUTION: The access rights of a normal mode and a constraint mode is set so as to be switched as an access right to a file, a document file and a folder in the static structure. In switching to the access right of the normal mode, the set access right is applied as it is.
