PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for securing and engaging a prosthetic valve of a heart which is formed of wire, formed mainly of elements connected with one another, transplanted through an artery with minimum invasiveness by folding back into a sufficiently small piece while reliable maintenance and sealing of the aorta wall is ensured. SOLUTION: Three pairs of arch-shaped identical elements 3, 4 and 5 for securing and engaging the prosthetic valve of the heart are connected with one another by solid joints 7 at an angle of 120°.
