PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing a 5-aminopyrazole derivative. SOLUTION: A compound of general formula (III) is produced by reacting a compound of general formula (II) with a compound of general formula (III). In the formulas, R11is an aromatic group or a heterocyclic group substituted with a hydroxy group, a carboxy group or a sulfo group; R12is a substituted or unsubstituted aliphatic group, aromatic group or heterocyclic group; and X1is an oxygen atom or NH.
