PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor unit which can aim at reducing of production cost, wherein a permeation of water from outside can be prevented, and prohibiting the permeation of water into the sensor and a peripheral circuit due to a heat distortion inside the sensor unit resulting from temperature change of outside, and with a high reliability of a product. SOLUTION: An impregnation of a fluid LQ which has an insulation property is carried out to the following clearances, that is, the clearance between a sensor device 2 and a cover material 3, the clearance between a cable core wire and a cable insulation cover, the clearance between the cable insulation cover and a cable cover, and the clearance between the cover material 3 and a cable.
