PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-sampling pipe which prevents impurities from adhering, and a gas from flowing into or the generation of and is capable of smoothly sampling water. SOLUTION: The water-sampling pipe 3 has an intake part 4 that takes in polluted water from a polluted water tank and its body pipe 3a for sending the polluted water taken in from the intake part to an adjustment tank. The intake part is constituted, by mounting a sheath pipe 42 closed at its one end to the water guide pipe 41 extended from the body pipe and providing a water control opening part 44, which allows polluted water to flow in the region between the opening end of the sheath pipe and the fixing member 43, provided in a substantially right-angled direction with respect to the water guide pipe 41.
