PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microchip for injecting and mixing a reagent with an analyte into reaction and capable of injecting reagents without leaks. SOLUTION: The microchip includes both a reservoir part for storing an injected reagent and having an opening part in its upper surface and a fine channel for transferring a reagent from the reservoir part, mixes the reagent transferred through the fine channel with an analyte into reaction in a reaction part, detects the state of reaction, and analyzes target substances in the analyte.
