摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for manufacturing a coated compression pipe component by punching an existing product element as a starting material having the same compression strength and flexibility, while allowing easy repair of a pipe product and developing improved constructing efficiency to allow easy arrangement on the pipe product even when including not only a straight pipe but also a bent pipe. SOLUTION: Tubular punching knives 215, 216 using protruded articles with a thrust plate 24 each have a length X being 80-350% of the thickness of a web 22, preferably 200-300%. It punches a back pressure plate 210 having a selective hole 28. The punching is first performed so that an element to be just punched out is temporarily held by the punching knives. Then, the web 22 of a fibrous material such as a mineral wool is moved step by step forward and thrust inward on the tubular punching knives again, and the element is thrust backward passing through the punching knives by the punched-out element.
