PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball seat, capable of improving axial direction load resistance. SOLUTION: A rib part 47 projected from a ball seat main body 45 which holds a ball part of a ball stud in a rotatable way is put to get in contact with one axial end side of a cushion seat for supporting the cushion seat in the axial direction. An axial load which cannot be absorbed by flexure deformation of the cushion seat is absorbed by flexure deformation of the rib part 47, and it can also be received by the ball seat main body 45 through the rib part 47, thereby its load resistance in the axial direction can be improved.
