PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid diaphragm pump without receiving (or reducing) unbalance pressure to the obverse-reverse of a diaphragm, in the diaphragm pump for forming a pump room for receiving liquid pressure in any one of the obverse-reverse of the diaphragm. SOLUTION: In this liquid diaphragm pump, a liquid chamber is formed by being positioned on the opposite side of the pump room between an upper housing for sandwiching the diaphragm and the diaphragm, and is straddled over the upper housing and a lower housing, and a free liquid flow passage is arranged for communicating this liquid chamber with at least one of a suction port and a delivery port, and liquid can be freely moved between the inside or the suction port or the delivery port and the liquid chamber.
