PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor mat having excellent air ventilating properties and excellent anti-slip properties without impairing an original sound absorbing characteristic that a floor carpet laid in an automobile has, especially when the floor mat is mounted on the floor carpet. SOLUTION: This floor mat 1 is provided with (A) a base body 2 composed of nonwoven fabric and provided with a plurality of anti-slip projections 21 on a rear face side and (B) a surface skin layer 3 laminated on a front surface side of the base body 2.
