A domino die-board are disclosed, the die-board used for cutting various materials including an LCD film, a sealing material, an electronic name board, a gasket, a printed article, a vacuum shaped article, rubber, sponge and the like. In order to greatly improve the productivity per roll of converting paper while minimizing the production cost, when cutting blades are inserted in the domino die-board, a straight surface of the cutting blade is struck in a supporting plate first and a rip blade is struck next, that is, in a seesaw striking method.
