PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording method by which appropriate parameters can be efficiently determined in a short period of time when recording information onto an optical disk having different information recording conditions and information recording characteristics.

SOLUTION: The optical information recording method for recording information onto an optical disk 1 having two or more information layers comprises: an information layer specifying step for specifying an information layer in which information is to be recorded in the optical disk 1; an identification step of identifying information recording conditions or information recording characteristics about the information layer specified by the information layer specifying step; and a recording pulse correction step in which correction accuracy of a recording pulse position for recording information onto the information layer specified by the information layer specifying step is changed depending on the information recording conditions or the information recording characteristics identified in the identification step.
