<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor which eliminates the need to preregister a process on an image of each document used in a meeting and which causes the process on the image of each document to be designated by means of information about the meeting when each document is printed. <P>SOLUTION: An information extraction means of the information processor extracts information about a meeting according to the kind of document. An information image creation means creates an information image of the information extracted by the information extraction means. A synthesis means synthesizes the document with the information image created by the information image creation means.
