<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device in which a circuit pattern having a glossy surface can be obtained without requiring plating or etching processing, and processes can be reduced and simplified as a result, a high-density circuit pattern can be easily formed, and the circuit pattern having the glossy surface can be efficiently formed by avoiding the formation of a glossy surface on a circuit pattern which does not need gloss. <P>SOLUTION: The light-emitting device has a light emitting element 1 and a circuit pattern 2 electrically connected to the light-emitting element 1, wherein the circuit pattern 2 is formed by applying metal paste 3 to the surface of an insulating substrate 4, and the surface of the metal paste 3 which forms the circuit pattern 2 is formed as a glossy surface 5 which can reflect light emitted from the light-emitting element 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
