<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a cable connector device freely shaped into either a male form or a female form. <P>SOLUTION: This connector device includes a housing 11, pins (1) to (9), a switch 50 and a shield member 40 slidably surrounding the housing 11. As the shield member 40 is moved, the pins (1) to (9) move together therewith and the switch 50 moves accordingly. With forward movement of the shield member 40, the pins (1) to (9) protrude from the housing 11 to bring the shield member 40 to surround the pins (1) to (9) to shape the device into the male form. With movement of the shield member 40 toward a cable 100, the pins (1) to (9) retreat into the housing 11 and the switch 50 moves to change connection between the pins (1) to (9) and a wire to shape the device into the female form. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
