PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing plate which is excellent in transfer property of ink from recessed parts without deepening the plate depth, is capable of providing high-fineness and high-quality printed matter and, moreover, has high-definition performance and does not cause bottom touching, to provide a manufacturing method of the printing plate, and to provide a manufacturing method of printed matter using the printing plate. SOLUTION: The printing plate is characterized in that inactive layers serving as protrusion parts and adsorption layers serving as recessed part bottom parts are formed on a base coat layer. In particular, the base coat layers are made of metal oxide, the inactive layers are made of metal or resin and the adsorption layers are made of silane coupling agent. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
