PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aid the determination of medical image photographing conditions. SOLUTION: A suitable image getting part 103 gets an image fit for image selection conditions from an image search part 104, based on a patient's ID information and his or her clinical application information input by an operator as the image selection conditions. A listing order decision part 105 decides the order of image display on the basis of points calculated for image fitness degrees, their use history and the department/section to which the operator belongs. An image list display part 109 displays a list of representative images in the decided order of display. Additionally, a photographing conditions decision part 113 decides the photographing conditions according to the images selected by the operator from the list of representative images.
