PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic bearing device of structure capable of freely setting a capacity of each of electromagnets and capable of setting a load capacity without excess and difficiency in regard to a magnetic bearing device of a rotor. SOLUTION: In this magnetic bearing of a rotor, a magnetic bearing control device comprises a translation motion control circuit 23 for controlling the translation motion of the rotor and a tilting motion control circuit 24 for controlling the tilting motion of the rotor. An unbalance eliminating circuit 36 is connected in parallel so as to operate the force of a radial electromagnet in the x direction and the y direction based on a signal inputted from a radial potential sensor.
