PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a master device, a radio communication system, a connection establishment method which can easily establish connection with slave devices, in a radio communication available region of the master device, without causing the configuration to enlarge. SOLUTION: The master device transmits connection requests in the order discovered (S140), when the slave devices in the radio communicable area are discovered (S130: YES) by inquiry processing (120). PIN codes for authentication are received from transmitting destinations of the connection requests (S150: YES), when the authentication is performed (S160→S170: YES), connection is established with an authenticated slave device (S180). Thus, the connection is established with a predetermined slave device, even without following the procedures for selecting the discovered slave device, based on user's input, for example, by displaying the slave device on a display means, or preliminarily registering the slave devices to select the slave device among the registered slave devices.
