PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a pattern wave formation apparatus capable of reducing a memory space of a pattern memory. SOLUTION: The pattern wave formation apparatus includes a pattern memory control part for reading memory data from the pattern memory by a memory address generated from a pattern address acquired from a pattern address generation part to output it as pattern data and a waveform generation part for acquiring the pattern data to generate a waveform to be applied.
