摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately compensate for creep error and creep recovery error of a load detector. SOLUTION: A load signal f(t) is outputted from a load cell as the load detector, and indicates a predetermined level change. Then, a time point t0 for indicating a first extremum value 52 due to a vibration component 50 is identified as a load application time point. The overall characteristic of the load cell, including the creep error from the load application time point t0 is identified, based on the load signal f(t) at two time points t1, t3 which are different from the load application time point t0 for making the load signal f(t) unstable and fully attenuate the vibration component 50. When the load cell is operated, the creep error is compensated, based on a result of the previously-implemented identification, with reference to the same load application time point t0, used commonly during the identification.
