PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily-placeable/maintainable flow measuring device capable of changing a height position of an ultrasonic sensor. SOLUTION: This flow measuring device 1 for measuring a flow in a channel 2 includes a pedestal 4 arranged on the side wall 3 of the channel 2, and having holding means 5 wherein an open end 18 of the upper end is positioned at a higher position than the estimated highest water level in the channel 2, and a closed end 19 of the lower end is extended in the vertical direction positioned on the bottom wall side of the channel 2; a plurality of bodies 6 stackedly allocatable from the closed end 19 side toward the upside by being inserted into the holding means 5 through the open end 18, and extractable from the holding means 5 through the open end 18; and measuring means 7 mounted on at least one of the plurality of bodies 6 to be held, for measuring the flow in the channel 2.
