PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation grill capable of being surely mounted and demounted. SOLUTION: This ventilation grill 1A comprises a grill main body 2 having a flange portion 21 butted to a plate material 101, two guide rails 22 vertically disposed on the flange portion 21, nut plates 30 guided by the guide rails 22 and moved up and down with linear motion, screws 4 rotatably inserted into hole portions 24 formed on the flange portion 21 and screwed to the nut plates 30, and fixing brackets 31 provided with shaft hole portions 31a in which the nut plates 30 are inserted, and rotatably supporting the nut plates 30 to rotating shafts.
