PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and inexpensive production method of a hydraulic material which suppresses the occurrence of dust. SOLUTION: The production method comprises an addition process of adding at least one of an aliphatic polyhydric alcohol and an ether compound in a hydraulic material as a dust-suppressing agent. The addition process involves mixing divided into two-times mixing steps, wherein the ratio of the addition amounts in the first step (S1) and in the second step (S3) is 2:8 to 8:2 and the mixture after the first mixing is allowed to stand for aging (S2) for 5 minutes to 24 hours, and then the second mixing is carried out. As a whole, the above-described addition is carried out in the range of 0.5 to 8 wt.% to the hydraulic material. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
