REINFORCED FLOOR MATERIAL AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforced floor material having superior damp-proofing property and crack resistance and hardly causing inside delamination due to the load of casters or the like. SOLUTION: The reinforced floor material is formed by laminating a damp-proofing sheet like material 2 on the surface of a woody fiber board 1a forming a surface layer part of a woody base material 1 to adhere through a thermosetting resin adhesive 4b and further integrally laminating a decorative veneer 3 on the damp-proofing sheet like material 2 to adhere through a thermosetting resin adhesive 4a having elasticity and thereby, the occurrence of delamination between papers or inside the decorative veneer 3 is prevented even when the load due to the casters of wagons or the like is applied on the floor material. The damp-proofing sheet like material 2 has a three layer structure formed by integrally providing a thermosetting resin sheet 2c having heat resistant and damp-proofing property as a core layer and thermosetting resin-impregnated hardened paper layers 2a formed on the front and back surfaces of the core layer.
