PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot control system capable of so controlling a robot that the behavior and the circumstances of the user are reflected, a robot, a program, and an information storage medium. SOLUTION: This robot control system comprises a behavior sensor for measuring the behavior of the user, a user information acquiring part for acquiring the user information obtained by the sensor information from at least one of a state sensor for measuring the state of the user and an environment sensor for measuring the environment of the user, a presentation information determination part for determining the presentation information presented from the robot to the user according to the acquired user information, and a robot control part for making the robot present the presentation information to the user. The presentation information determination part determines the presentation information that first and second robots present different presentation information against the acquired same user information.
