PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet paper holder that can automatically feed toilet roll paper by an electric motor and cut off the paper by a slide button pushed down by a finger with little power. SOLUTION: The paper is held by a powered rotary rubber bar and a rotary rubber bar with a spring and rotatably fed out by the electric motor. If the fed paper is held by both rubber bars with springs and pulled down, the paper is cut off by a cutting blade.
