<p>A two fluid slit nozzle for jetting highly atomized filmlike jet mist homogeneous in the length direction by mixing liquid and gas. A mixing space for making two fluids collide at right angle is provided in the nozzle and mixture fluid is passed through a means for making it further homogeneous before being jetted. A mixing plate is sandwiched between a long liquid supply plate and a gas supply plate, and air fed from an air supply plate through an air orifice to the other side of the mixing plate is collided and mixed, in the mixing space, with liquid fed from the liquid supply plate through a liquid orifice penetrating the mixing plate perpendicularly. When passing through a primary orifice penetrating the mixing plate at the downstream end of the mixing space, a collision chamber on the liquid supply plate side, a secondary orifice penetrating the mixing plate at the upstream end of the jetting slit and the jetting slit, the gas liquid mixture is made to be homogeneous and is atomized through collision, expansion and compression and is then accelerated and jetted from the jetting slit.</p> |
