<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-film solar battery, capable of more simply and surely effecting the insulation between a back electrode layer and a transparent electrode layer in a through hole as well as the insulation between a connecting electrode layer and a transparent electrode layer, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the thin-film solar battery 10, a plurality of photoelectric conversion regions 15 laminating the back electrode layer 19, an amorphous photoelectric conversion layer 21 and the transparent electrode layer 13 are arrayed from the side of the substrate on one surface of a flexible substrate 18 having insulating property, while the connecting electrode layer 20 is formed on the other surface of the substrate 18 so as to be opposed to a part whereat neighbored two photoelectric conversion regions are approximated mutually, and the back electrode layer 19 of one photoelectric conversion region 15 is connected to the connection electrode layer 20 through respective extended parts of the back electrode layer 19 as well as the connection electrode layer 20, which are adhered to the inner wall of a first through hole 11 which penetrates the back electrode layer 19, the substrate 18 and the connection electrode layer 20 while the first through hole 11 is structured so as to be sealed by an insulating resin 17 from the side of the connection electrode layer 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
