PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent toner from being excessively input because one channel is increased due to managing transparent toner. SOLUTION: Toner concentration of the transparent toner is adjusted separately from color toner, to suppress the total amount of toner as a whole to be equal to or under a specified value.
