PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive ceiling suspended air conditioner emitting no waste at its installation and having high installation workability. SOLUTION: This ceiling suspended air conditioner is so formed that each suspension bolt attached to the ceiling penetrates through an attachment hole of a suspension metal fitting provided in a frame body, and the suspension metal fitting is clamped between two upper/lower washers and two upper/lower nuts threadedly engaged with the suspension bolt to fix the frame body to the ceiling, wherein the bolt through-hole of the upper-side washer where the suspension bolt is penetrated is provided at a position deflected from the center of gravity.
