PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a variable winning device provided in a game machine for performances. SOLUTION: In the game machine, schedule data stipulating the performance content of a speaker 40, a lamp 30 and an LCD 21 are prepared. Also, the variable winning device wherein whether or not it is a big winning is determined by the movement of a game ball on a mechanical movable part is provided on a game board surface, and the schedule data for controlling the driving mechanism are similarly prepared. Also, performance data stipulating the integrative output and operation of sound or the like and the driving mechanism are prepared. A performance module 240 specifies the schedule data of the sound or the like and the driving mechanism by an operation number on the basis of the performance data. A sound module 250 and an accessory module 270, etc., control the output of the sound or the like and the operation of the driving mechanism on the basis of the indicated schedule data.
