PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost needed to manufacture and manage wiring harnesses when DRL devices are employed or not that light a head lamp even during a daytime. SOLUTION: In an in-vehicle wiring harness 1 in which a circuit 3 at a power supply side and circuits 15-18 at a head lamp side are connected through a relay box 10 and a control device 6 is connected to the relay box, either a head lamp control device 19 having terminals 21, 22, 21' and 22' with identical shapes or a relay 20 for turning on/off low and high beams can be selectively connected to identical connecting portions 43 of the relay box 10. One terminal 22 at the side of a control portion 23 of a head lamp control device and one dummy terminal 22' of the relay 20 are selectively connected to a head lamp control circuit of the control device 6.
