PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary faucet of a spout which enables either of downward water injection and upward water ejection, can be used not only as an ordinary faucet for hand wash but also as a faucet for the brushing of teeth etc., does not cause the problem that ejected water jumps out of a washbasin etc. when the spout is directed sideways, and can simplify a structure of a valve. SOLUTION: The rotary faucet 10 of the spout which enables the downward water injection and upward water ejection is provided with the valve which has a movable-side valve body rotated together with the spout 20, and a fixed-side valve body. The valve body ejects a small quantity of water even if the spout 20 is in a position of an angle of rotation except positions of the downward water injection and upward water ejection.
