PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for judging propriety of an arranging state of a driver monitoring camera before actually mounting the driver monitoring camera on a vehicle, in a driver monitoring camera mounted simulation device. SOLUTION: This simulation device 10 is provided with a processing portion 12 and a display 16. The processing portion 12 is provided with: a data acquisition means 20 for acquiring camera shape data showing position and external surface shape of the driver monitoring camera, meter dial plate shape data including a position and shape of the meter dial plate, and eye range data showing a center eye range in a vehicle width direction in a center position of viewpoints on both right and left sides of the driver; and a meter shielding area generation means 22 for generating a meter shielding area shielded by the driver monitoring camera of the meter dial plate based on the camera shape data, the meter dial plate shape data and the eye range data.
