PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress crack in forming ruled lines on a corrugated cardboard sheet and to suppress lowering of folding accuracy. SOLUTION: A corrugated cardboard sheet is held between an upper ruled line roller 43 and a lower ruled line roller 44, with ruled lines formed by a projection 81 formed on the outer periphery of the lower ruled line roller 44. In the upper ruled line roller 43, a projection opposing part 72 is installed oppositely facing the projection 81 of the lower ruled line roller 44. On both sides of the projection opposing part 72, there is installed a supporting part 71 for the projection opposing part. The projection opposing part 72 and the supporting part 71 for the projection opposing part are composed of rubber and urethane, with the hardness of the supporting part 71 for the projection opposing part is higher than that of the projection opposing part 72.
