PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror device, by which images of a user can be taken from the rear without damaging its appearance, and to provide an information display and a system using it. SOLUTION: The mirror device 100 is provided with: a glass plate material 110 which exhibits optical transparency; a mirror surface part 130 which is formed on at least a part of it; and a half mirror part 120 which is formed on the glass plate material 110 except the part on which the mirror surface part 130 is formed.
