PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic system that determines the optimum X-ray fluoroscopic direction in a short time. SOLUTION: In an X-ray diagnostic system 1, an operator turns a three-dimensional image displayed on a three-dimensional monitor 15 by operating an operation part 21. A display control part 12 outputs to a drive control part 9 the information of the angle of three-dimensional image displayed on the three-dimensional monitor 15, and the drive control part 9 drives and moves a holding arm 6A to the X-ray irradiation angle in compliance with this information of angle. Accordingly, the operator can adjust the holding arm 6A to the optimum direction where fewer vessels overlap only by turning the three-dimensional image shown on the monitor 15.
